Clear Plan is Adaptive Planning’s dedicated European Partner.Our primary role is to listen to how you currently manage your budgeting, forecasting and reporting process. We can then show you how Adaptive Planning can turn what is often perceived as a resource-consuming annual frustration into a valuable, perpetual, organisation-wide driver of financial health.
We recognize that before you commit to any change in such a critical business function you will need to be convinced of its value. That’s why we work closely with you to provide online demonstrations and comprehensive training materials to assist you in that evaluation.
When you are ready, we work with you to agree a short, fixed term implementation. You can choose to execute the plan using your own staff; outsource the project to Clear Plan; or combine both approaches. In any event, the Adaptive Planning application is designed to minimize the resources required to take as little as three days, rarely more than twelve, and averaging around nine working days.
After implementation and “go-live” we stay with you as your primary Eurpoean point of contact for as long as you use your Adaptive Planning application.
True to the cost-efficient ethos of the software-as-a-service model, the entire process - from gathering requirements to final handover - is managed remotely by the Clear Plan team, minimizing unnecessary and costly travel time, and inefficient on-site practices.
The Clear Plan team has been in the vanguard of the Business Intelligence/Performance Management sector since the late 1980’s and at the inception of web-based services development during the 1990’s.
